All custom controls use native buttons, links, selections and sliders. Tab and Shift+Tab move between them. Enter or Space activate buttons; Enter activates links. Arrow keys operate selections and sliders. No single-letter global shortcuts are used.
A visible outline identifies keyboard focus. The first Tab reveals Skip to video player. Controls stay visible; there are no disappearing menus, dragging requirements or autoplay. Status messages announce changes and errors without moving focus.
Use browser zoom up to 400 percent. At narrow widths the page stacks into one column. Windows high-contrast settings and reduced-motion preferences are supported. Controls use text as well as symbols and provide at least 44-pixel-high activation areas.
This project targets WCAG 2.2 AA. Automated checks cannot establish complete compliance. Before publishing, manually verify keyboard use, screen readers, reflow, captions, audio descriptions, meaningful sequences, focus and the media itself. See the project ACCESSIBILITY.md and QA_REPORT.md for the checklist and actual test coverage.
If you find a barrier, record your browser, assistive technology, the affected control and the steps needed to reproduce it. Give that report to whoever maintains your copy of this player.
