Downloads work without an account and use local files. The browser or device chooses how to open a saved file. Downloading a video does not include this player interface, saved settings or separate captions. Download the whole project if you want to use the interface offline.
The sample uses WebM video, WAV audio, TXT text and WebVTT captions. You can configure other browser-supported video and audio formats. If a file is not supplied, its link is hidden and an explanation identifies the missing format.
A download is only available if its file exists on the server. If it fails, check the connection, storage space and media path. Large files may take time; the browser shows download progress.
