Press Play to start the video and Pause to stop. Nothing plays automatically. Rewind and Forward move ten seconds, staying within the video duration.
Tab to Video position, then use the arrow keys to move by a tenth of a second. Home moves to the start and End to the end. The position is announced when you operate this control, rather than on every video frame.
Use the Volume slider for loudness and Mute to silence audio. Unmute restores audio at the chosen volume. Changing volume also unmutes audio.
Fullscreen enlarges the whole player, retaining captions and controls. Press Escape or Exit fullscreen to leave. If fullscreen is unsupported, use browser zoom. The settings outside the player remain available after leaving fullscreen.
