Choose a resolution, then press Apply video resolution. The sample includes actual 640 × 360 and 1280 × 720 versions. The smaller file uses less data and the larger file shows more detail.
The player keeps your place, playback speed, volume, mute and caption settings, and resumes if the video was playing. Files must contain matching content and timing. Controls are briefly disabled while a version loads.
If a new version fails to load, the player attempts to restore the previous working version. If no version works, choose another resolution to retry or use the audio or transcript. The video download follows the applied version.
